Emily received her diploma for Massage and Bodywork Therapy at Kneaded Energy School of Massage (Greensboro, NC) for their 648 hour program in the fall of 2014.

​

​After witnessing the impact that bodywork and somatic healing had on not only her clients, but her own life, Emily fell in love with these practices that can be so powerful when used with intention, and began shifting toward helping others regain their power and heal themselves. 

 

In the spring of 2025, she began her path into Craniosacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute.

Passionate about Therapeutic Bodywork rooted in care and clarity for body, mind, and motion. Healing is not linear and takes all forms; healing is a life-long journey. Clients deserve to be met where they are, support that facilitates healing, not force it.​​​​​

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time outside with her kids, creating art, or reading a good book.​​​
